The Goldman Group
The Goldman Group comprises of several seperate business's, each of which provides clients with; qualified, specialist and independent advice. Mike Goldman (MD of The Goldman Group) wanted to replace time-consuming pages of text on his website with a number of short videos explaining the unique selling points of each service that the Goldman Group can provide.
Mike Goldman said: The videos helped us get our message across to a very wide audience. The videos were particularly useful when talking to a prospective customer. We could e-mail a customer with a link to the site or tell them the web address whilst we were talking to them on the phone. The video told the customer what we wanted them to know and it also reduced the amount of time we spent on each telephone call.
