Training DVD

We produced a Customer Satisfaction Training DVD for a local Manchester Design Agency, on time and within budget.

In order to capture the right "working Backdrop" all filming took place at Manchester Airport during the busiest time of the year. The completed DVD was used by the client to deliver a single consistent message to their research personnel on how to approach customers to obtain valuable customer research information.
