Al Melling designed and created the remarkable custom V8 roadster, aptly named the Melling Wildcat.
It's a new kind of sports car - fast enough in standard form to challenge the world's greatest supercars, but tough and versatile enough to be specified to match whatever performance requirements its owner may have. Built in exclusive numbers in Rochdale, England, the Wildcat uses high-tech materials to re-create for modern drivers the big-power driving challenge that made cars like the AC Cobra immortal 40 years ago.
In order to sell the Melling Wildcat Cars in today's economic climate both Al and his wife Margaret decided to raffle a Melling Wildcat each month. They wanted to have the 1st raffle filmed and uploaded onto their website as soon as the raffle was drawn. Margaret rang round a number of local video production companies, however, in Margaret's words; "Most had answering machines on, some did not understand her requirements and a few companies had gone out of business, which was proving to be a problem for Margaret until she rang Allen Multimedia Productions.
Bill Allen replied to Margarets phone call with an e-mail quotation within the hour. The filming went ahead and the footage was uploaded onto the clients website.
